Service Day - Lake Cargelligo:
Workforce Australia Local Jobs - Central West teamed up with Service NSW to deliver Services Day in Lake Cargelligo on the 14 August.
We welcomed 25 community members, many of whom face barriers to accessing essential services due to transport or logistical challenges.
Thanks to the on-the-spot support provided, 14 attendees successfully applied for their birth certificates — a vital step toward accessing employment, education, and other government services.
This initiative was all about meeting people where they are, offering practical help in a friendly, inclusive environment. No pressure, just genuine support.

Service Day - Parkes:
We held a Services Day in Parkes with Service NSW. We were pleased to have 17 attendees at the event. Our Service Day aimed to assist individuals in navigating the complexities of job hunting by offering access to essential documents and services such as birth certificates, tax and super information, legal assistance, licensing information, assistance and financial support for parents and more.
